When a ticket is purchased for your event, the buyer and attendee information is added to the Orders & Attendees tab in your event manager. Beside each purchase or purchase attempt, is listed the status of that order. Here you will find explanations of what each status means.
Note: You can see all orders of a particular status by using the dropdown to 'filter order by status'.
The ticket was created and processed but has since been cancelled and any associated transactions have been reverted/refunded.
The ticket has been processed, but the payment method was declined by the upstream gateway.
|Failed||The ticket has been processed, but the processing failed. Failed payments can happen for a variety of reasons, such as insufficient funds on the buyer's card, incorrect card number entered, the purchase was blocked by the buyer's bank, etc.
|Paid||The ticket has been successfully processed, and payment methods have been charged. Completed purchase.
||Valid for entry|
|Unapproved||The ticket has been created but requires your approval to process.
Not valid, until approved by host
|Unauthorized||The ticket was created when a user initiated a purchase using an Alternate Payment Method(APM) but it is awaiting payment. When a ticket is purchased using an APM, it enters an 'unauthorized' state until the buyer authorizes the charge via that payment method (i.e. SOFORT, iDeal, etc.). Once the charge has been authorized, the ticket will transition to a 'paid' state.
