To identify who has purchased tickets from the Universe Waitlist, download the Orders report at the event level.
In Excel:
- Select all data in the report.
- Go to Data > Sort & Filter and click Filter.
- Navigate to the Referral Code column and filter to show only “universe_waitlist.”
The remaining data will display only the orders that originated from the Waitlist.
Understanding the Waitlist feature - what data can I collect from the Waitlist?
The Waitlist feature allows Event Hosts to access detailed information about attendees on the Waitlist, including:
- The total number of people on the Waitlist
- Their contact details
- The status of their tickets—whether they’ve purchased tickets or are still on the Waitlist
Note: To access the Waitlist Contacts report, a privacy policy must be uploaded to your account, allowing you to collect and view attendee data in compliance with privacy laws.
