See who has purchased tickets from the Waitlist

To identify who has purchased tickets from the Universe Waitlist, download the Orders report at the event level.

In Excel:

1. Select all data in the report.
2. Go to Data > Sort & Filter and click Filter.
3. Navigate to the Referral Code column and filter to show only “universe_waitlist.”

The remaining data will display only the orders that originated from the Waitlist.

Understanding the Waitlist feature - what data can I collect from the Waitlist?

The Waitlist feature allows Event Hosts to access detailed information about attendees on the Waitlist, including:

• The total number of people on the Waitlist
• Their contact details
• The status of their tickets—whether they’ve purchased tickets or are still on the Waitlist

 Note: To access the Waitlist Contacts report, a privacy policy must be uploaded to your account, allowing you to collect and view attendee data in compliance with privacy laws. This feature must be enabled by Universe Support. Please submit a support request, or get in touch with your Client Services Manager to have this enabled on your event.
