This article is a high-level overview defining all fields included in this report.
Order ID: Unique alphanumeric code assigned to each order issued by Universe. Each ticket in an order will be assigned a unique Ticket ID.
Ticket ID: Unique alphanumeric code assigned to each ticket issued by Universe. Each ticket in an order will be assigned a unique Ticket ID.
First Name: Ticket holder’s first name.
Last Name: Ticket holder’s last name.
Email: Ticket holder’s email address.
Date: Date and time of the scan or manual check in using the BoxOffice app.
Action: This will display if the ticket holder was scanned in or manually checked in.

| too_frequent_check_in | The ticket was scanned too frequently with a min redemption interval set |
| invalid_rate_filters | The ticket was scanned that is filtered out by ticket type filters |
| invalid_event_filters | The ticket was scanned that is filtered out by timeslot filters |
| insufficient_redemption_balance | The ticket was scanned when it's already been redeemed the max times |
Scanning Device: This will display the name that was inputted in the BoxOffice app for the device that was used to scan the ticket.
External: If this is a QR code issued by Universe, this will show FALSE. If the barcode has been imported from another ticketing provider, this will show TRUE.
Ticket Provider: If 3rd party barcodes have been imported into your event, this will show the ‘source’ value inputted during the original import.
Rate Name: Name of the ticket type or add-on checked in.
Rate Type: Does this ticket have a price associated with it (Rate) or was it a free ticket (FreeRate)? If an add-on, will display as AddOnRate.
QR Code: Universe generates a QR code for each booked ticket which will be used at the event to scan the ticket. This alphanumeric code will appear under the QR code on the confirmation email and PDF.
Scan Data: This column will only populate if an event host is using the WRSTBND integration. Clients can use both NFC and RFID options on the same event, however only one can be applied per ticket type – this column can be used to identify tickets sold with these functionalities.
