Note: Hosts have the ability to allow buyers to change the date and time of their order themselves via a self-serve move order tool. This feature can be toggled on from the Advanced Settings page.

The steps below will move all tickets in the order. It is not possible to move individual tickets in an order between dates and/or times.
Note: To move an order from one event page to another, you need to cancel/refund the order and have the buyer re-book. For more information on how to cancel and refund an order, click here.
How To Move A Single Order Between Dates
- Log-in to your Universe account, go to your Dashboard, and select the title of the event you would like to manage.
- From your event's 'Manage' page, select the 'Orders & Attendees' option from the menu down the left side of your screen.
- From the 'Orders' tab, locate the order you would like to move.
- Click the three dots beside the buyer you'd like to move and then select 'Move order' from the drop-down menu.
Note: This option will not show if your event page has only one timeslot. To add another timeslot, navigate to the 'Event Information' menu. On a standard event you can add additional timeslots from the ‘Time and Location’ page. On a timed-entry event you can add additional timeslots from the ‘Schedules’ page.
- From the pop up that appears, select a calendar date and then the timeslot you would like to move the order to. Click 'Move order'. Once you have clicked 'Move order', a new ticket confirmation email will be sent to the buyer automatically.
Note: As the event organizer, you will not be restricted by your timeslot capacity or ticket type quantities. Moving an order may result in exceeding capacities.
How To Move Multiple Orders Between Dates
- Log-in to your Universe account, go to your Dashboard, and select the title of the event you would like to manage.
- From your event's 'Manage' page, select the 'Orders & Attendees' option from the menu down the left side of your screen.
- From the 'Orders' tab, use the timeslot filter to select one, several or all timeslots.
Note: This option will not show if your event page has only one timeslot. To add another timeslot, navigate to the 'Event Information' menu. On a standard event you can add additional timeslots from the ‘Time and Location’ page. On a timed-entry event you can add additional timeslots from the ‘Schedules’ page.
- From the list of results, select the orders in view you would like to move using the checkboxes. You can pick and choose what orders you want to update or select the entire list by clicking the check box in the page header.
Note: The maximum number of orders you can update at one time is 20 orders.
5. Click the ‘Move Orders’ button.
6. From the pop up that appears, select a calendar date and then the specific timeslot you would like to move the orders to. Click 'Move order'. Once you have clicked 'Move order', a new ticket confirmation email will be sent to each buyer automatically.
Warning: As the event organizer, you will not be restricted by your set event capacity or ticket type quantities. Moving an order may result in exceeding capacities.
