You now have more flexibility in deciding whether or not add-ons generate their own QR codes. This allows you to control how add-ons are fulfilled and helps keep the on-site experience simple for both you and your attendees.
How it works
Hide QR code off (default): Attendees will receive their ticket QR codes, plus a separate QR code for each add-on purchased.
Hide QR code on: Attendees will only receive QR codes for their tickets. No separate QR codes will be generated for add-ons.
Note: By default, when new add-ons are created the Hide QR code option will be untoggled. This means add-ons will generate QR codes unless you choose to toggle this option on.
How to adjust QR code settings for an add-on
From your dashboard, open the Add-ons page.
Select the add-on you’d like to edit.
Under Add-on details, find the Hide QR code toggle (just below the add-on currency field).
Turn the toggle on or off depending on your preference.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
