This article is a high-level overview defining all fields included in this report.
Note: The title of this report will display “Guests Report” when downloaded.
Date Attending: Start date and time of the event.
Ticket ID: Unique alphanumeric code assigned to each ticket issued by Universe. Each ticket in an order will be assigned a unique Ticket ID.
First Name: Ticket holder’s first name.
Last Name: Ticket holder’s last name.
Ticket Type: Name of the ticket type purchased.
Order Status: Will only ever display paid, ended, closed, and partially_paid (no cancellations included).
Paid: Order has been purchased, event has not ended. Universe is holding the money (funds are in upcoming balance) — only see this if on Universe Payments.
Ended: Event has ended, but 48 hours have not yet passed. Universe is holding the money (funds are in upcoming balance) — only see this if on Universe Payments.
Closed: Event has ended and 48 hours have passed. The funds have been added to the user’s available balance and can be withdrawn (if on Universe Payments). The order will remain in a closed state from there on.
Closed (if processing payments via Stripe Connect): An order has been purchased. The funds have been sent to the event host’s connected Stripe account and can be withdrawn. This happens as soon as the payment is complete.
Note: Stripe Connect orders and tickets should always show as closed, not as paid.
Disputed: The order has been disputed by the buyer. Dispute is not yet resolved.
Partially paid: Indicates a payment plan or payment via an asynchronous payment method (such as iDEAL, etc.) — will transition to paid or closed.
Ticket Status: Will only ever display paid, ended, closed, and partially_paid (no cancellations included). If a ticket has been transferred or upgraded, this report will only show the person the ticket was successfully transferred to (not the original ticket). If upgraded, it will only show the upgraded ticket (not the original ticket).
Paid: Ticket has been purchased, event has not ended. Universe is holding the money (funds are in upcoming balance) — only see this if on Universe Payments.

Closed: Event has ended and 48 hours have passed. The funds have been added to the user’s available balance and can be withdrawn (if on Universe Payments). The order will remain in a closed state from there on.

Upgraded: This specific ticket has been upgraded.

Scan Ins: Number of times the ticket was scanned in.
Manual Check Ins: Number of times the ticket was checked in manually (using the Guest List tab on the BoxOffice app).
Total Check Ins: Sum of Scan Ins plus Manual Check Ins.
Max Redemptions: Refers to the number of times a ticket can be scanned valid if it’s set up as a multi-scan ticket (e.g., if a “Weekend Pass” is valid for entry Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it can be scanned valid 3 times).
Check / Scan Outs: Number of times the ticket has been scanned out or checked out.
Purchased By: Lead buyer’s first name and last name.
QR Code: Universe generates a QR code for each booked ticket, which will be used at the event to scan the ticket. This alphanumeric code appears under the QR code on the confirmation email and PDF.
Scan Data: This column will only populate if an event host is using the WRSTBND integration.
Clients can use both NFC and RFID options on the same event; however, only one can be applied per ticket type. This column can be used to identify tickets sold with these functionalities.
