The Timeslots page in your Event Manager allows you to enable and disable one, some, or all ticket types as well as adjust timeslot capacities and the quantity and price of a ticket type on a timeslot-by-timeslot level.
Total Change Limit
On each event you are currently limited to making changes to 7,500 total ticket types via the Timeslots page. Each ticket type on a particular timeslot that you edit on the Timeslots page will count against this total. However, any changes made to a ticket type on a particular timeslot only counts towards the limit once, no matter how many times you adjust the quantity, price or availability.
Returning a timeslot to all of its original values will remove it from counting towards the total change limit. Please note that timeslots that have begun can still no longer be altered.

How to Edit Timeslot Capacity, Ticket Type Quantity, Pricing and Availability
For all edits:
- Open the Event Manager of your timed entry event and go to the Timeslots tab, under the 'Event Information' menu. The Timeslots tab will show a calendar with all of your event dates, and a list of the timeslots on your selected date.
Note: You are only able to edit availability and quantity for future timeslots. Once a timeslot begins, you are no longer able to edit the ticket types in that timeslot
- From the calendar, select the date that you would like to edit.
- From the list of timeslots on the right, click the gear icon next to the timeslot you would like to edit. This will open the ticket type list, which displays all ticket types that are available for that timeslot.
Note: The ticket type list will only allow you to view and toggle ticket types enabled for that timeslot on the 'Tickets' tab. Eg. If you set up a Ticket Type in the Tickets tab to only be available on weekends, it will only show in the Timeslots tab for weekend dates.
Timeslot Capacity Customization
Customize how many tickets you would like to sell on a timeslot-by-timeslot basis.
Whether the capacity is higher or lower, this custom value will override the global Timeslot capacity, if a value is entered, on the Tickets page, allowing you to increase or decrease how many tickets you can sell across any timeslot.
To set a specific timeslot capacity, enter the total number of tickets you would like to sell for that timeslot in the Timeslot capacity field under the ticket types and save.
You can track any changes made to the timeslot capacity, as well as ticket type quantity and price, in the Timeslot changes report, available on the event-level Reports page.
Editing Quantity of Ticket Types
To edit the quantity of a ticket type, select the Quantity field beside the ticket name you would like to change, enter a new value, and save.
Editing Price Points of Ticket Types
To edit the price of a ticket type, select the Price field beside the ticket name you would like to change. Enter the new price for the ticket type and save.
Note: While you can edit the price of multiple ticket types at once, remember to save for each timeslot to apply those changes.
Limitations on Price Points
For events hosted outside of the United States, you are currently limited to setting 30 unique custom price points across all timeslots. A custom price point is any value set on the Timeslots page that is different from a ticket types original price. Each custom price point will count as 1 towards the limit of 30, and can be used across any number of timeslots and different ticket types.
For example, setting a custom price point of $15 and applying it to three different ticket types across five timeslots, would still only count as 1 price point.
Editing Availability of Ticket Types
To edit the availability, click the toggle beside the ticket name you would like to disable and click the Save button. You can turn off as many tickets per timeslot at once as you like. The ticket types you turn off will no longer show as available to ticket buyers when they attempt to purchase tickets for that timeslot.
Note: While you can edit multiple ticket types at once, remember to save for each timeslot to apply those changes.
To Re-Enable the ticket type for a timeslot, simply select the timeslot from the list, turn the toggle next to the ticket type back on, and save.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I disable all ticket types for a timeslot?
If all ticket types are disabled, that timeslot will show as 'Sold Out' in the customer facing checkout, and will not appear in the BoxOffice app for at-the-door sales.
Does disabling a ticket type remove it from the BoxOffice App or Add an Order?
No. This feature only hides ticket types from the customer-facing checkout. As long as at least 1 ticket type is still enabled, you can sell all disabled ticket types in the BoxOffice App or the Add an Order page.
Warning: If all ticket types for a timeslot are disabled, then you will not be able to sell tickets for that timeslot at-the-door as it will not appear in BoxOffice.
Do hidden or locked ticket types show up on the Timeslots page?
Yes, hidden and locked ticket types show up on the Timeslots page and can be enabled, disabled, or have their quantities modified at any point up until the start of their timeslots. You can also change them to active ticket types on the Tickets page after making changes on the Timeslots page and it will preserve your changes. This is a way to add more ticket types to an event that has already begun while controlling their release to buyers.
