Este proceso solo aplica para compras realizadas para eventos llevados a cabo en México.
Si necesitas una factura por la compra de tus boletos, es importante entender cómo se divide el proceso de facturación:
Factura del boleto
La factura correspondiente al boleto debe solicitarse directamente con el organizador del evento.
Puedes encontrar los datos de contacto del organizador en el correo de confirmación de tu orden, enviado por Universe al momento de la compra.
Factura del cargo por servicio
Universe.com, a través de Venta de Boletos por Computadora S.A. de C.V., únicamente puede emitir factura por el cargo por servicio, siempre y cuando este haya sido mostrado como tal al momento de la compra.
Para solicitar esta factura, envía un correo a:

Incluye los siguientes datos completos:
- RFC
- Nombre o razón social
- Dirección fiscal
- Correo electrónico de contacto
- Número de boleto (Ticket ID)
- Número de orden (Order ID)
- Fecha de compra
Tiempo de entrega
La factura será enviada en un plazo de hasta 10 días hábiles después de recibir la solicitud completa.
Ticket Invoicing on Universe.com (English)
This process only applies to purchases made for events held in Mexico.
If you need an invoice for your ticket purchase, it's important to understand how the invoicing process is divided:
Ticket Invoice
The invoice corresponding to the ticket must be requested directly from the event organizer.
You can find the organizer’s contact information in the order confirmation email sent by Universe at the time of purchase.
Service Fee Invoice
Universe.com, through Venta de Boletos por Computadora S.A. de C.V., can only issue an invoice for the service fee, provided that this fee was clearly shown at the time of purchase.
To request this invoice, send an email to:

Include the following complete information:
- RFC
- Name or business name
- Fiscal address
- Contact email
- Ticket number (Ticket ID)
- Purchase date
Delivery Time
The invoice will be sent within up to 10 business days after receiving the complete request.
