If you have purchased tickets using guest checkout and have not activated your Universe account, you can do so at any time from your booking confirmation email. If you cannot locate your booking confirmation email, click here to set a password and log in.
Your Universe account must be activated for you to view and manage your order online and contact the organizer.
Once logged in, navigate to your My Tickets page to view all orders on your account using the account drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen.
