What do I do if I feel uncomfortable at an event?
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards all harassment and prejudice. If you are made to feel uncomfortable in any way, please do not hesitate to speak to any member of staff and we will help immediately. All staff are trained in safety and awareness including Ask For Angela.
If an event is sold out can I still buy a ticket on the door?
Unfortunately, if an event is sold out, we cannot offer tickets at the door. Sign up to our Members Only Presale (https://mailchi.mp/outernetvenues/pre-sales-and-offers) to be the first to hear show announcements and get exclusive access to tickets before they go on sale!
How do I find out about stage/set times?
We do not announce stage/set times in advance, however you will find posters of these around the venue during the event. Alternatively there may be more information on your ticket. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

How do I get to the venue?
Our address is: Outernet Live, Charing Cross Rd, London, WC2H 8LH
Tottenham Court Road station is a 30-second walk from our front doors. The next closest stations are Leicester Square station (6 minutes walk), Covent Garden station (10 minutes), and Oxford Circus station (11 minutes walk).
The nearest bus stops are Tottenham Court Road (Stop T) and Tottenham Court Road (Stop S) on Earnshaw Street.
What are your age restrictions?
Different events have different age restrictions so please check the event listing before you purchase your ticket. If you are not the correct age to attend an event, you will be refused entry, and no refund will be issued. Proof of age is required at entry and needs to be a valid physical form of photo ID.
Is there parking nearby?
The nearest car parks are Q-Park Chinatown (6 minutes walk), Q-Park Soho (7 minutes walk), and Q-Park Covent Garden (10 minutes walk).
If I am not allowed in, can I get a refund?
Management reserves the right at all times to refuse entry in all situations. We ask that you contact your ticket provider to request a refund, but we cannot guarantee you will receive one.
Can I leave an event and come back in?
There is no re-admission into the venue. If you have a medical reason to leave the venue, please flag it with a member of the venue management team.
Accessibility at OUTERNET LIVE
Our venue is step-free from the street via our elevator and has accessible toilets. We provide an accessible area for most shows, separate from the crowd, with an unobstructed view of the stage. If you need a companion ticket, just get in touch, and we'll add that free of charge.
For those who need to avoid queuing, we can ensure you are the first into the venue or can get in straight away upon arrival.
If you have any questions, we recommend purchasing a ticket to reserve your space, then get in touch with us to arrange your visit. In the unlikely event we cannot accommodate you, your ticket will be refunded.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area outside the venue.

- Knives, Firearms, or any other item that could be used as a weapon

- Laser pens
- Packages/smoke bombs
- Video or recording equipment

Can I bring my own food or drink?
Sweets, nuts and crisps can be brought into the venue. No chewing gum, hot food or drinks are allowed.
Can I bring a camera in?
Yes, but no professional cameras allowed (A professional camera is anything with a lens of 35mm or over. Larger SLR cameras aren't allowed in and cameras that look similar to SLR cameras may not be allowed in.)
Do you accept cash?
OUTERNET LIVE is a cashless venue.
Do you film in the venue?
We regularly take video and photo content of events for promotional use, and these may be used on social media, our website or in physical formats. If you do not give consent then please tell a member of our venue management team, or get in touch with us on email: info@outernetvenues.com
Is there a dress code?
We do not have a strict dress code at OUTERNET LIVE, but some events may have dress codes. Please check the event listing or your ticket for details.
What is a cup charge?
At Outernet Live, we've partnered with STACK-CUP to help reduce the global impact of disposable cups, aiming to save over 600 billion cups from ending up in landfills. Is there strobe lighting or pyrotechnics?
Please be aware most shows use light and smoke effects, if you have any concerns about this on the night please let a member of the venue management know.
Is there a seating area in your venue?
We are a standing venue. If you need to take a seat or are not feeling well, please let a member of staff know.
CLOAKROOM
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes! We have two cloakrooms, one on each floor, with E-Lockers. You can pre-book your locker on the day of event via https://outernet.elockers.shop/lockers/lockers or book on-site using QR codes around the venue.
What's an E-Locker?
E-Lockers are a hassle-free way to store your belongings at any show! The e-lockers are available to book in advance on the day of the event, making your entry and exit as seamless as possible:

Medium Locker (£8): ideal for sharing between 1-2 people.
Large Locker (£11): ideal for sharing between 2-3 people.
What can an E-Locker hold?
Medium Locker (£8): A medium locker is designed to hold 2 jackets or a small bag.
Large Locker (£11): A large locker fits a rucksack-sized bag and a jacket or can be shared for multiple jackets.
