What can I expect from Mundo Pixar Experience?
Immerse yourself in the world of Pixar like never before, where you can step into the sets of some of your favourite movies, such as Toy Story, Monsters Inc., Coco, Up, Finding Nemo, Cars Inside Out and more!

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, in a fully air-conditioned venue, so you can enjoy every moment comfortably — rain or shine!
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 45 to 55 minutes, but there’s no rush. You’re welcome to take your time and enjoy each room at your own pace. Since it’s a one-way journey, make sure to soak up every detail, capture your favourite moments, and experience everything each space has to offer before moving on to the next!
Is there an age requirement?
The experience is open to all. Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children aged 3 and above require a ticket for admission. Strollers will ned to be stored in the designated area before entering the venue.
Are you allowed to eat, drink, and/or smoke inside the venue?
Eating, drinking and smoking inside the exhibition is not permitted.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! You’ll find a special selection of exclusive merchandise available at the venue. The perfect way to take a little piece of the experience home with you!
Is the venue cashless?
Please note that Mundo Pixar London is a cashless venue. All on-site payments must be made by card or contactless device.

Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
There is a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend you book your tickets in advance.
Are there tickets available at a reduced price?
Yes! Discounted tickets will be available for the following groups. If you qualify for one of these categories, make sure to check for special pricing when purchasing your tickets: - Children (ages 2–15) - Small Groups (6+) - Large Groups (10+) - Infants (0–24 months) We can’t wait to welcome visitors of all ages to enjoy the experience together!
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds will be issued.
What is the exchange policy?
We now offer the option to exchange your tickets for a different date or time for a small administration fee up to 48 hours before your booking. You can process this request directly by clicking HERE. Simply follow the prompts to complete your exchange quickly and easily.

Access to the Event
What time do I need to arrive?
You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your ticket time. This will allow you time to use the cloakroom and facilities prior to entering the experience. Latecomers might not be admitted and at the manager's discretion.
Is there parking available?
Please note Car Parking is now available at the following link here. Please note that this is only available online and will not be available on-site.
Is there a lost and found?
We cannot accept responsibility for any personal property. If you misplace something within the experience, please alert a member of staff and they will try to help you retrieve your belonging. All lost property will be registered and stored securely. High-value items (e.g., electronics, passports, and keys) will be retained for 3 months. Perishable or low-value items (e.g., clothing, water bottles) will be kept for 30 days. If you have left the experience and need to contact the on-site team, please do so at MPEvent@senbla.com. Any unclaimed property after this period will be securely destroyed or donated to charity.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Mundo Pixar London is an experience designed to be accessible to a wide range of audiences such as those with autism, those with a learning disability, or anyone with a sensory predisposition.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Please note that dogs and other animals are not allowed in the venue. Trained assistance dogs are allowed.
Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or visually impaired?
Yes, both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free ticket for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. This can be selected at the time of purchasing your tickets. The ticketing platform will be in touch with the purchaser to confirm the details.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience will not include strobe lights.
Are toilets available at the venue?
This Venue has restrooms with accessible and baby changing facilities for ticketed guests only. They are only accessible before and after the experience rooms.
