Event Threshold Notifications let you know when your event is close to selling out, so you can stay on top of sales without constantly checking your reports.
Turn on Event Threshold Notifications
- Go to your event’s Advanced Settings.
- Find the option Notify Me of Event Threshold.
- Toggle the setting On to activate notifications.
Choose Your Notification Threshold
- After turning the notifications on, select the cadence that you would like to be notified from the following options:
- 20% tickets remaining
- 10% tickets remaining
- 5% tickets remaining
- Sold out
- Save your changes.
How Notifications Work
- You’ll receive an email notification when your event’s remaining capacity falls below your selected threshold.
- Notifications are sent on the day your event passes the threshold.
- If you don’t select a threshold, the default is Sold out.
- Example - If you select 10% tickets remaining, you’ll get an email as soon as your event capacity drops below that threshold.
