Tickets are sent to the buyer in a confirmation email immediately after booking. Buyers can also access their tickets online when logged in to their Universe account. Event organizers can resend the confirmation email to a buyer or attendee at any time.

To Resend Tickets to a buyer or attendee:
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page, and select the event you would like to manage.
2. From your 'Event Manager', select the 'Orders & Attendees' option from the menu on the left side of your screen.
3. Depending on who you like to resend the confirmation email to, select either 'Orders' or 'Attendees':
- Select the Orders tab to send all tickets in the order and the order receipt to the Buyer.
- Select the Attendees tab to resend an individual ticket to that guest via the email address the buyer assigned to that ticket.
4. Locate the buyer or attendee you would like to view.
5. Select the drop down menu on the right side of the row and choose the option to 'Resend tickets'.
