Upload a social media photo and a event page cover image that represent your event. Your social media photo is used as a thumbnail on our Universe Explore page, when your event is shared on social media, on your profile page and on tickets to your event. It also appears on our checkout widget. The event page cover image shows on your event page on Universe, as well as on each ticket sold for your event.
1. Log-in to your Universe account, head over to your dashboard, find the event you want to manage and click on it.
2. Select 'Basic Information' from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Scroll down until you find the 'Design your event' section
4. If there is a photo there already, click the Trash icon in the upper right hand corner
5. Click Add Photo, upload a photo of your choice and click Open
6. Don’t forget to press Save!
