Disable ticket editing for your event

If you would like to prevent guests from editing their order and ticket information, you can turn off this feature completely or set it to be disabled at a set time before your event. The default setting is to allow guests to edit their ticket info at any time. 

To manage this setting:

1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page, and select the event you would like to manage. 

2. From your 'Event Manager', select the 'Advanced Setting' option from the menu down the left side of your screen.

3. Locate the 'Ticket editing' section at the top left of the page. Click the dropdown menu and select your preference. 

 

4. Click 'Save' located at the top right of your screen.
