Mandatory all-in pricing is in effect across select US states, and will continue to roll out across the US as other states pass all-in pricing legislation.
All-in pricing is currently mandated in the states of New York (effective August 29, 2022), Tennessee (effective June 29, 2023), Connecticut (effective September 28, 2023), California (effective June 26, 2024), Maryland (effective June 26, 2024), Colorado (effective August 1, 2024), North Carolina (effective December 5, 2024), and Minnesota (effective December 5, 2024). All tickets sold at any events hosted in the states listed above will require all-in pricing to be displayed.
For events in the states of New York, Tennessee, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Colorado, North Carolina, and Minnesota, all-in pricing will automatically be displayed in the checkout widget so buyers will be informed of all fees and taxes inclusive in the price. All-in pricing will include the face value of the ticket, service fees, additional fees, and taxes.

In addition to the all-in pricing display, the State of Minnesota also requires enhanced refund policy disclosures for all live event tickets sold at Minnesota events. The checkout flow will automatically update to include a refund policy acknowledgment. All purchases will continue to trigger an automated confirmation email that must be issued within 24 hours of purchase and will now include a reference to the refund policy.
