Your Universe account password can be changed at any time through the Universe website or from the BoxOffice iOS or Android apps.
Note: If you are logged in but do not remember your current password, log out of your current session and click here to reset your password.
As Host or Team Member:
If you forget your password and have been logged out of the app:
1. On the Sign in page, select ‘Forgot Password?’ on the bottom of the screen.
2. Enter the email associated with your Universe account. You will receive a confirmation that password reset instructions have been emailed to the provided email address.
3. Access the ‘Reset your password’ email through your email provider and select ‘Reset your password’ button.
4. Follow reset password instructions by entering a new password and confirming the new password. We recommend:
- Ensuring your new password is strong and unique. Your new password must be at least 15 characters long.
- Making sure the email address associated with your Universe account is also protected with a strong, unique password.
5. Your password has now been reset. Please login through the BoxOffice iOS or Android app using your new login credentials.
Notes:
- Host or Team Member accounts logged in to the BoxOffice app will stay logged in after your password has been reset. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login with your new credentials.
- Onsite users accessing the BoxOffice app via Join Teams will stay logged in and can continue access the app to sell and scan tickets.
- Resetting your password through the Boxoffice App will also affect your Universe.com login, as both use the same login credentials. Please ensure you are using your new credentials to access your account on Universe.com.
