Add Age Restrictions to Your Event

You can now easily display age restrictions for your events across Universe — helping fans know what to expect before they purchase a ticket.

With the new Age Restriction Display, your age policy will be clearly shown on:

• Your Event Display Page
• Checkout modal
• Order confirmation emails
• PDF tickets

How to Add an Age Restriction

1. Navigate to your event on Universe
2. In the Event Editor, go to Event Information > Basics
3. Toggle Add age limit ON
4. Enter your custom age limit message (up to 45 characters). Example: "19+ only. Valid ID required."
5. Save your changes

That’s it! Your age restriction will now automatically appear wherever your event is shown to buyers.
