A Universe account can be deleted at any time unless the account has valid tickets to an upcoming event. If that is the case, once the event has ended, you can delete your account at any time.

If you would like to delete your data or Universe Account, please submit the request through this webform in our Privacy Policy using the email associated with your account.
This will create a ticket with our Privacy team who will review and action your request.
Please note, we cannot delete accounts holding active orders as you will lose access to your purchase, please submit your request after attending your event.
