What is CBeebies Rainbow Adventure?
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is an unmissable 55-minute immersive theatrical journey for children and grown-ups to enjoy together. Step inside the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure where theatre meets play, music and lots of surprises, featuring the iconic rooms of Bluey, Hey Duggee, JoJo and Gran Gran and Mr Tumble and Friends.
Which programmes from CBeebies are included in the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure?
Some of your favourite CBeebies shows; Bluey, Hey Duggee, JoJo and Gran Gran, Mr Tumble and Friends.
How long is the experience?
The experience runs for 55 minutes.
Will there be characters to meet?
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is not a talent or costumed character experience so you won’t meet the characters, but you will be led through by a friendly host who will guide your group on their journey of adventure.
At the end of your journey, you will meet one of your favorite costume characters from the adventure, who will pose for a free photo opportunity.
What are your opening hours?
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is open 7 days a week. Monday –Saturday 10:00 – 18:00 (last entry 16:35). Sunday 12:00-18:00 (last entry 16:35)
Is this an indoor event?
Yes. CBeebies Rainbow Adventures is located on Level 0 of Westfield, London. Near ‘Next’.
Can I bring a buggy into the Experience?
No buggies can go through the experience. We have a free of charge staffed cloakroom for your bags and buggies. Please ensure your buggy collapses as you will be required to collapse it before storing it in our cloakroom. Our staff will be able to help if you need a helping hand.
Can I take a bag into the Experience?
Only small cross body bags can be worn into the experience. Strictly no rucksacks are permitted into the experience for safety and security. We know children don’t travel lightly. We have a free of charge staffed cloakroom for you to store all your belongings.

Can I take food and drink into the Experience?
No food or drink may be taken into the Experience. The children will be offered water during their journey. We suggest a pre-experience snack for extra energy!
Will there be baby changing facilities?
There are ample family friendly facilities in the shopping centre located very near the experience, the closest being next to Lift Lobby 4. There is one accessible toilet equipped with a baby change table exclusively for ticket holders only.

Who is the experience for?
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is for children aged 0-6, their parents, families and carers. Groups from nurseries, childminders and schools are also welcome - in fact, anyone with a little one (or more)!
Can I bring my baby?
Yes of course, please do! This will be a sensory feast for our younger guests.
Children up to 18 months are welcome free of charge. All babes in arms must be carried in a sling or baby carrier. This is a walk-through experience. For your own safety it’s advisable to have both arms free.
Can my child crawl in the experience?
Crawling isn’t allowed. There may be up to 20 children in your group and crawling amongst children wouldn’t be safe.
My child has just started walking, will they need a ticket?
Yes. Unless you are carrying your baby in a sling for the entire experience you will need to purchase a ticket for your child. This is a 55-minute walk through interactive and immersive experience. We want your child to be engaged. We totally understand they may need to be held, cuddled and carried but they will primarily be walking. The experience is built for them.
Can I bring my older children too? Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions, you are welcome to bring older children if they have a ticket but please note this is an experience designed primarily for children aged 0-6.
How many children can I bring with me?
One adult to a maximum of three children. We cannot guarantee entry if this ratio is not met by our visitors. This is for your safety and enjoyment of the experience.
Can I visit without a child?
No. Adults without a child will not be admitted to entry. CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is for children accompanied by their parents, family members and carers.
Do you supervise the children?
Parents, family members and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times and we ask that you get involved in the experience with the children. You are led through the experience by an actor but your children are your responsibility. Our actors will work with you to ensure all the children and adults alike enjoy the experience and have fun together.
TICKETING
How much does a ticket cost?

Can I purchase a single child/adult ticket?
Yes. However, no unaccompanied children or solo adults will be permitted entry
Can I buy tickets on the door?
You can either pre-purchase tickets online before your visit or buy them at the Box Office when you arrive at the venue. If you’re considering buying tickets at the door, we advise checking availability in advance.
How many tickets are sold per session?
Each session has a maximum capacity of 30 people (children and adults included).
I can’t find my confirmation email/ticket, what should I do?
Please check your junk mail and search for emails sent by our ticket provider, Universe. If you cannot find your ticket, please email our ticket support here: support@universe.com
I can no longer attend on the day/time of my ticket; can I get an exchange/refund?
We are unable to offer refunds but will always try to accommodate an exchange.
How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be emailed to you by our ticketing provider, Universe.
What is the handling fee?
There is a handling fee of £1 per order. This fee covers the costs of processing your booking from start to finish.

How do I get to the venue via public transport?
Westfield London is easily accessible via tube, bus and overground. The closest tube stations are Shepherd’s Bush, White City, Wood Lane and Shepherd’s Bush Market.

PRACTICALITIES
Are there any age restrictions?
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure welcomes guests of all ages. However, the experience is best suited to preschooler children aged 0-6 years. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult.
What time should I arrive?
Entry to the experience is timed. Please ensure you arrive at the starting time on your ticket. On arrival you will be allocated a show start time which will be within 20 minutes of the time you booked. Please allow enough time and flexibility for this process.
To ensure a smooth process, we encourage visitors to go to the toilet prior to arrival and pack lightly as we are unable to accommodate large items of luggage or suitcases.
Will there be food and drink available?
There will be no food and drink available to purchase at CBeebies Rainbow Adventure. However, Westfield London offer an extensive range of dining outlets to enhance your visit.
Can I take photos/record the experience?
No photos may be taken during your experience. You will be asked by our team to put your camera away. For your enjoyment, your fellow guests and the safety of the children we politely ask you respect this strict no camera/ phones guidance.
At the end of the experience, you will be invited to take a personal photo at our dedicated photo opportunity.
ACCESS
Are there accessible toilet facilities?

Will there be strobe effects/flashing lights?
CBeebies Rainbow Adventure contains some bright and flashing lights and imagery that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Sound effects are used throughout the experience. Anyone visiting the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure should bear this in mind.
What happens if I need assistance during the experience?
Please speak to your performer and they will immediately alert our support team.

Do you offer complimentary carer tickets?
If a guest is unable to attend CBeebies Rainbow Adventure without support from a carer or Personal Assistant (PA), then we will provide a carer ticket at no cost. Carers must be willing and able to assist throughout the visit and able to help in the unlikely event of an evacuation.
Is this experience accessible to Wheelchair users?
Yes. CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is accessible to wheelchair users.
