What is The Traitors: Live Experience?

The Traitors: Live Experience brings the excitement of the hit TV show into a thrilling live event. You’ll be immersed in a world of strategy, deception, and drama, playing alongside others in a real-time version of the game.

 

How long is the experience?

The game lasts about 2 hours, from start to End Game. However, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure a smooth entry and onboarding process.

 

After the game, feel free to stick around in our Traitors bar, The Cloak & Dagger. It’s the perfect spot to debrief, swap stories, and savour your victory (or plot your revenge).

 

What happens if I’m banished or murdered? 

Don’t worry - the experience doesn’t end when you’re eliminated! If you’re banished or murdered, you can still watch the rest of the drama unfold.

But remember, just like in the TV show, staying in the game is key - so strategise carefully and try to avoid being the first to fall! 

 

 

Does the live experience follow the same format as the TV show?

The live experience closely mirrors the gameplay you know and love from the TV show, with a few surprises to keep you on your toes. It’s designed to capture the same intrigue, alliances, and suspense in an action-packed live game. Centred around the iconic Round Table, you’ll complete missions to build a prize pot of ‘gold coins’ for your team, all while competing against each other to ultimately claim victory.

 

Will Claudia Winkleman be there in person?

Claudia won’t be there in person during your game, you will be looked after by your very own Host who will be on hand to guide you through your experience.

 

Will I be playing with other people?

Yes, you’ll be playing alongside fellow participants, forming alliances and engaging in a battle of wits. Each table seats multiple people, so while you’ll always be sat with your group, there will also be others competing at The Round Table. Just like on the TV show, you’ll be playing with people you don’t know - but remember, anyone could be your enemy, even your bestie!

 

Most sessions are 18+ only. However, if you book a designated Family Friendly Session, please be aware that guests under 18 may also be participating.

Will I have to be a Traitor?

Not necessarily! Roles are assigned by your Host, but if you'd rather not take on the role of a Traitor, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to let us know before the game begins. That said, just like in the TV show, there may be moments during the game when the chosen Traitors may attempt to recruit you! Either way, your goal is to play your part and convince others you are a Faithful.

 

 

How do you select who will be a Traitor?

Traitors are chosen by the game’s Hosts after onboarding and the first meeting. No one will know who the Traitors are – unless, of course, you are one!

 

 

What will I be expected to do?  

You’ll need to work with others to complete missions, discuss suspicions, vote to banish potential Traitors, and try to win – either as a Traitor or a Faithful. Be ready for an evening / afternoon of mind games and thrilling strategy!

If you are a Traitor, your role is to murder one of your fellow players ‘every night’ and remain undetected by the rest of the group.

If you are a Faithful, your mission is to work out who the Traitors are and banish them from the game before they successfully murder all Faithfuls.

Get them before they get you.

 

What are the missions? Are they physical?

Most of the action takes place at The Round Table, but just like the TV show, players will be completing various missions to boost the table’s ‘prize pot’. These challenges are a mix of mental and moderately physical tasks. Please contact the team on info@thetraitorslive.co.uk if you have any specific questions regarding the missions.

 

 

"I’m too afraid to play! What if I cry at The Round Table?"
Ah, the drama of The Round Table! Fear not, brave soul - you’re not on national TV. Emotions are all part of the game, and they often lead to the most memorable moments. Remember, this is your chance to embrace the deception, suspicion, and intrigue in a safe, supportive space.

 

If the stakes feel high, that’s because they are… but we promise, no one is here to judge you. In fact, a few tears might even throw the Faithfuls off your scent.

 

 

When does The Traitors: Live Experience open?

The event kicks off on Tuesday 1^st July. We can't wait to welcome you to The Round Table!

 

 

How many people will be playing the game at any one time?

The Round Tables seat 14 players. You’ll always be seated with your party if you book together (max 8 seats) but will be collaborating and competing against other guests unless you have reserved a private table.

Do I need to have watched The Traitors TV show to play the live game?

Not at all! While fans of the show will recognize some elements, the experience is designed to be enjoyable for everyone, regardless of familiarity with the TV series. Our Round Table Hosts will also be on hand to guide you through the whole experience.

How do you win The Traitors: Live Experience?

Survivors will face a gripping ‘End Game’ showdown, where the ultimate winner(s) will be crowned. Just like in the hit TV show, the finale will see either a team of Faithfuls claim victory by successfully banishing all Traitors, OR a cunning Traitor (or Traitors) win by outlasting everyone else.

 

Throughout the game, your team will collect gold during missions to build a collective prize pot. The more gold your team collects, the bigger the prize pot becomes. At the end of the game, the prize pot will be shared among the winner or winners and act as their score for the game. Those with the highest scores (most gold coins) will earn a spot on our coveted leaderboard.

 

 

 

What is the age limit for The Traitors Live Experience?

Most of our time slots are designed for participants aged 18 and over, ensuring a thrilling and intense atmosphere. However, we will also offer dedicated Family Friendly time slots, perfect for younger guests and their families to enjoy the experience together.  

 

While the recommended age for these time slots is 14+, the experience is open to ages 12 and up, with 12- to 15-year-olds requiring a responsible adult to accompany them.  

 

Be sure to check the schedule to find the time slot that’s right for your group. 

 

 

Can we take photos or videos?

You are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the experience, but please be respectful of others at The Round Table and listen to your Host! If they ask you to put your phone away at certain points, please do!

 

Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

 

Is there a dress code?

No way! Whether you’re dressed to deceive or keeping it casual, come as you are - relaxed, comfortable, and ready to plot your way to victory. Cloaks and tweed are welcome, of course.

 

Is there a cloakroom?

Of course! What kind of Traitor experience would it be without a place to stash your cloaks? Leave your belongings behind and focus on the real challenge - keeping your secrets safe!

 

 

Will food and drink be available at the experience?

All that plotting and scheming can be thirsty (and hungry) work. Luckily, you can refuel at The Cloak & Dagger, our bar which is fully stocked with a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a smorgasbord of tasty bar snacks.

 

 

Am I able to drink during the experience?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your drinks to The Round Table and enjoy them during the game. Our team will also be available to take drink orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at selected points throughout the experience.

 

We do ask that you drink responsibly – because we want everyone to have a fantastic time. Please note that our Hosts reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour disrupts the game. And remember, you’ll need your sharpest wits to outsmart the Traitors and claim victory!

 

 

Are there any toilets?

Yes. Toilet facilities, including accessible toilets, are available inside the venue.

 

 

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Absolutely! Before you make your exit, make sure to swing by and grab some exclusive merch to show off your Faithful loyalty, or your inner Traitor.

 

 

TICKETING

 

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on general sale at 10am on 10th February. They’ll be sold in three-month ‘Seasons,’ so if your preferred time, day, or price isn’t available, make sure to sign up on our website to stay updated on new ticket releases!

 

How much are tickets? 

Ticket prices start from £29.50 (plus fees) and prices will increase slightly when the last few tickets for that time slot remain. Simply, the earliest you buy, the cheaper the tickets will be. Why are there some tickets available at £29.50?

We want the event to be affordable, so each time slot will start with a limited number of ‘Early Bird’ tickets at a lower rate. As these tickets sell, prices will change to the standard rate, with the final few being the most expensive - giving early birds the best deal while keeping it fair for everyone.

If you want to secure an ‘Early Bird’ ticket, you can easily find these via filters on our ticketing system.

 

I can’t see the date I am looking for. Will further dates be made available?

The Traitors: Live Experience will release tickets in three-month blocks or ‘Seasons’ with further Seasons available to book later. If you want to buy a date in the future or you want to secure 'Early Bird' prices, please sign-up via www.thetraitorslive.co.uk to be the first to know when the next Season goes on sale.

 

What ticket options are there?

Your ticket is your seat at The Round Table.

All tickets are General Admission, with pricing based on when you book. Our Early Bird tickets offer the best value, so grab them while you can.

For those wanting to book a VIP Private Table, there will be a limited number available for each time slot. You can easily find availability, ticket types and prices you are looking for using filters on the ticketing system.

 

Will I be seated with my group? 

All players who book together will play together. To guarantee you’ll all play together, please book as a group at the same time. You can book up to 8 tickets per transaction. We are currently unable to add numbers to your party after the initial booking.

 

Combining Separate Orders

To combine separate orders, please contact the Universe Customer Service team here. They can combine tickets for up to 8 tickets per order. For any groups larger than 8+,they will need to be in a VIP Private Table. In order to secure this VIP Private Table, you’ll need to book all 14 seats at the table, with a minimum of 10 players required to participate in the game. (Our VIP Private Tables include a welcome drink)

 

Rule of 9 Tickets

Orders cannot be combined to make 9 tickets per one order and 9 player cannot book one VIP Private Table.

Update Account Details

If you have made an error on your email address or if you would like to change the name of a booking, please contact Universe Customer Service team here. They can amend your order details with the correct informtion.

 

Exchanges/Refunds Policy:

If you are no longer able to attend your booked date, you can reschedule your visit by contacting the Universe Customer Service team here.

*Please note, there is a small admin fee (per ticket) to reschedule. Changes to your booking must be made at least 7 days in before your visit date. Any changes made within the 7 days will not be considered.

Tickets for The Traitors: Live Experience are non-refundable.

 

Can my friends and I book our own VIP Private Table?

There are a limited number of VIP Private Tables available to book via our ticketing system for every time slot. You can find availability by using the filters on the  ticketing page.

 

In order to secure this VIP experience, you’ll need to book all 14 seats at the table, with a minimum of 10 players required to participate in the game. (Our VIP Private Tables includes a welcome drink)

 

Because the VIP Private Table is your own, families are welcome outside of the designated Family Friendly Sessions, noting that the age restrictions still apply for the game play. (Please see our FAQ regarding age restrictions).

Can I book tickets at the door at the venue?

Tickets will be available to book online up to 1 hour before the start time.

Tickets can only be purchased online via our website and will not be available at the door.

 

 

I want to book a corporate Christmas or summer party; who do I contact?

I want to book a Birthday Party, Hen or Stag Do…What do I do?

There are a limited number of VIP Private Tables available to book via our ticketing system for every time slot. You can find availability by using the filters on the ticketing page.

ACCESSIBLITY

 

Is the experience wheelchair accessible? / Is the experience step-free?

Yes, the venue and experience are wheelchair accessible. If you require any assistance with your visit, please email our ticketing team at info@thetraitorslive.co.uk.

Is The Traitors: Live Experience physical?

Most of the experience is seated and takes place at The Round Table. Like the TV show, there are missions within the game that involve a mixture of mental and moderately physical tasks (which visitors can also opt out of if needed). The Traitors: Live Experience has been designed so that everyone can experience the game from start to finish.

 

 

Do you offer carer tickets?

One free carer ticket can be provided for each paying accessible visitor. After you have booked your ticket(s) online, please contact the Universe Customer Service Team here with your booking reference, the date and time of your booking, and proof of an access card. They will then add a carer ticket to your order.

Please include your carer’s name and email address when requesting a ticket.

 

 

Are there any special effects, flashing lights, haze or other effects I should be aware of?

 

The Traitors: Live Experience uses a mixture of live sensory effects such as lighting, haze, and flash to enhance the experience. If you have any concerns and would like more information, please email our customer service team on info@thetraitorslive.co.uk

 

 

I am pregnant. Can I participate in The Traitors: Live Experience?

The Traitors: Live Experience is largely a seated experience, but some light physical movement may be required during certain challenges.

 

We welcome all to join the fun, but please do so at your own discretion.
