How can I tell if an event is virtual?
Virtual events on Universe do not have a location shown on the event page. Instead, the location will say "Virtual event". As well, when you go to select your tickets you will see a message identifying the event as Virtual.
When will I receive a link to join the event?
A link with details on how to connect to the event will be emailed to the email address used to purchase the ticket, 1 hour before the start of the event. This email will be sent from <firstname.lastname@example.org> All times are displayed in your local time zone. Please double check your junk folder for your email with the livestream link.
Is there a ticket limit for virtual events?
You will only be able to purchase one virtual event ticket per order. Your connection details will be sent to the email address used to purchase the ticket.
I did not receive my connection detail email
Emails with your connection details are sent only to the email address used to purchase your ticket 1 hour before the start of the event. Please check your junk, spam and promotions folders for your email with the livestream link. If it is within one hour of the start of the event and you have not received your email, please contact support for assistance. Please be sure to include your purchase confirmation number as well as the name of the event so we can assist as quickly as possible
