As of January 1st, 2020, the Universe platform will no longer support Google Tag Manager (GTM). This will allow us to deliver on our commitment to protect consumer privacy and data security in regions we currently operate in.
Preventing unaudited tags on the platform strengthens the protections we need to have in place to deliver security and privacy for ticket buyers.
We will continue to offer first-class marketing and analytics support by way of first-party, native integrations with reputable vendors such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Pixel.
