I did not receive my Universe Payouts account activation email.
The Universe Payouts account activation email is sent to the email address entered on the Universe withdrawal form and is triggered once your withdrawal request from your Universe Dashboard has been approved by our team.
The subject line of the activation email is "You have received a payment from Universe Payouts - Activation Required!" and comes from do.not.reply@universe-payouts.com.
If you did not receive your activation email, you can resend it here. Once you've done so and if you still have not received your activation email, please contact us.
I forgot my Universe Payouts account password.
If you have already activated your Universe Payouts account but have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
How do I log in to my Universe Payouts account?
You can log in to your Universe Payouts account at www.universe-payouts.com.
Please note that you must have activated your account in order to log in and it's not possible to set up your Universe Payouts account in advance.
How do I customize the Payee for my check?
Check withdrawals are available in the United States and Canada and the payee for any check sent from that Universe Payouts account will be the name on the Universe Payouts account. If needed, you can edit the name on your account by logging in to your Universe Payouts account here, and selecting the 'Settings' option from the taskbar along the top of your screen and choosing the 'Profile' option from the drop-down menu. From there, make any desired changes and save your changes.
I received my check, but the payee is incorrect.
To cancel a check that you have received, please contact Universe Payouts directly at:

Once your check is canceled, the funds will be added back to your Universe Payouts account balance (not your Universe account balance) and you can transfer the funds again at any time.

I set up my account as an individual, how can I change to a business account?
To switch from an individual account to a business account (or vice versa), please contact us and we'll make this change for you. Please contact us from the email address associated with your Universe Payouts account and let us know the name you would like entered on your account.
How do I set up auto-transfers?
You can set up auto transfers from your Universe Payouts account at any time. Please note that this will not automate the withdrawal request process from your Universe Dashboard. With auto transfers set up, once your Universe withdrawal request is approved, you will no longer need to log in to Universe Payouts to send your funds - the funds will be transferred automatically.
To set this up, log in your Universe Payouts account and select 'transfers' from the taskbar across the top of your screen and then click the drop-down menu (action) for the transfer method you would like to set up auto transfers for and select 'Create Auto Transfer'.
Once you've done so, select the 'Basic' or 'Advanced' options, customize your settings, and 'Confirm' your changes. You will receive an email confirmation for each automated transfer that gets sent.
My balance has decreased, why?
Funds that are not transferred out of your Universe Payouts account after 3 months are subject to a dormancy fee, to be charged monthly until funds are transferred out of your Universe Payouts account.
What is my Business Registration Number?
If you are setting up your Universe Payouts account as a business (vs. as an individual) you will be prompted to enter your Business Registration Number. This field is not required to set up your account or withdraw your funds as some countries around the world don’t have an equivalent of a BRN.
I am unable to set up my Universe Payouts account because my country is restricted, what do I do?
There are some countries which are not supported by Universe Payments, and as such, you will not be able to withdraw your funds to these countries. If your event takes place in a restricted country, please contact support to discuss methods to receive your funds. You can see a list of current restricted countries here.
Are there any age restrictions with Universe Payouts?
Yes, in order to withdraw funds you must be 18 years of age or older.
