Our Hive integration allows you to sync your Universe customers into Hive. This allows Universe organizers to track and segment customers by their purchase history, and automatically match customers to existing users in Hive. This also allows you to maintain buyer profiles across the history of your events and offers the ability to initiate email and SMS marketing campaigns.
To get started you need
- A Universe account with active or past events.
- A Hive account.
Connecting your Universe Account to Hive
- Log into your Universe account that you would like to sync with Hive. Please make sure that you are logged in as the host account (i.e., please do not log in as a team member, as you will not be able to access all of your account’s data).
- In a new tab, log into your Hive account.
- From the left navigation menu, select ‘Integrations’.
- Navigate to Universe and click 'Connect’.
- A dialog box from Universe will appear asking you to confirm that you want to authorize your account to Hive. Click 'Allow'. Please note that if the account you are authorizing is a team member on any other Universe accounts, Hive will ask you which account you would like to connect.

Your Universe account will now be connected. Your events and ticket sales will sync with Hive.
