Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for this event can be purchased at www.monetbythewater.com.
What are the different ticket options?
Individual tickets range from $31 to $65. Prices range according to the date and ticket type purchased. All dates will offer adult, child (age 4-12), senior/student/military, flex, and group ticket options. Children under 4 enter for free.
Flex tickets include expedited line, anytime entry during date purchased for, and a special edition show poster.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Tickets are refundable until 7 days prior to the event. Fan-to-fan exchanges are permitted.
I purchased tickets on the wrong date/time, what should I do?
You will be able to reschedule your tickets to another date/time, if capacity allows.
I can’t find my tickets, what should I do?
Buyers will have received a confirmation email from Universe with their ticket following purchase. Buyers can also log in to their Universe account and select “My Tickets” to download ticket PDFs.
When can I visit Monet by the Water?
Monet by the Water will be open to the general public starting on July 1, 2022 and runs through October 2, 2022. Our opening night VIP event on June 29, 2022 is also open for purchase until sold out.
The exhibition will be closed on Sunday, July 3rd.

Where in Philadelphia will the exhibition be held?
The exhibition will be held in Aston, PA at SunCenter Studios at 250 N Commerce Dr.
Is the show suitable for all ages?
Monet by the Water is suitable for visitors of all ages.
Is photography allowed?
Photography for personal use and for sharing on social media is encouraged. However, if you will be using professional equipment, or if you will be using the content for commercial purposes, you must make arrangements in advance. No flash photography is permitted out of respect for the experience of other patrons.
The show may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you agree to be recorded and grant Monet by the Water permission to use such recordings for editorial, publicity, or other purposes.
Will there be strobe lights/intense lighting?
There may be some flashing and moving lights in certain moments and environments.
Will there be a gift shop?
Yes.
Will there be parking on site?
Yes, there is paid parking available for ticket-holders.
What is your late admittance policy?
Please arrive at your ticketed entry time. Late entry is at Monet by the Water's discretion, dependent on availability.
