TICKETS
When will tickets be available for purchase?
March 15th, 2022
What types of tickets are available?
There are two different ticket types:
Adult
Children (15 and under)
Do I need to rent rollerskates or can I bring my own?
There will be skates available for rent and you are always welcome to bring your own.
Can I purchase tickets onsite?
Yes
Can I change the names on my tickets?
Yes, buyers can edit the name(s) on their ticket(s) via the “My Tickets” page in their Universe account.
Are tickets refundable?
No
What happens to my tickets if a date gets canceled?
Tickets will be refunded in full.
I purchased tickets on the wrong date/time, what should I do?
You will be able to reschedule your tickets to another date/time, if capacity allows.
I can’t find my tickets, what should I do?
Buyers will have received a confirmation email from Universe with their ticket following purchase. Buyers can also log in to their Universe account and select “My Tickets” to download their ticket PDFs.

Where will the event be?
The rink is located at Rockefeller Plaza between 49th and 50th streets off of 5th Avenue.
Where is the event entrance?
At the bottom of the stairs in the Channel Garden on 5th ave btwn 49-50th streets.
Are there restrooms?
Yes, they are located across from the lockers in the Skate Hut.
Is there seating at the event?
Yes
HOURS OF OPERATION
When is the event?
Monday-Thursday: 10am-10pm
Friday: 10am-12am
Saturday: 8am-12am
Sunday: 8am-10pm
What time should I arrive?
10 min before your scheduled start time.
What time is this event over?
1 hour after your scheduled start time.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
How do I get to the event?
Rockefeller Center can be accessed directly by the B, D, F, M Subway lines as well as by the nearby E and 6 lines.
Is there accessible parking?
There are parking garages located on 46th, 47th and 48th streets between 5th and 6th Avenues.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Can I purchase food and beverages?
No
Can I bring food and water?
Flippers asks that you please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages to the rink. There will not be any allowed on the rink at anytime.
What food will be available for purchase?
There is food and drink available for purchase at the shops at Rockefeller Center.
Can you pay for items with cash?
Yes
COVID-19
How are you approaching Covid? What are the restrictions?
Flippers will follow all NYC DOH guidelines regarding COVID protocols and restrictions.
Do I need to wear a mask?
No
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?
No
What if I'm showing symptoms of Covid-19?
If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, Flippers respectfully asks that you please stay home. We will be very happy to welcome you back once you’re feeling better.
What's the social distancing policy? Will seats be spaced out at least 6 ft?
We ask that everyone do their best to maintain appropriate spacing at all times.
MISC. QUESTIONS
Will there be first aid?
Yes, Flippers will have a medic on-site at all times.
Will there be lost & found?
Yes, there will be a lost and found located in the Skate Hut.
Will there be security?
Yes, there will be security throughout the event.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
Will merchandise be available for purchase?
Yes, a limited selection of merchandise will be available for purchase in the Skate Hut. The complete selection, including roller skates, will be available in our store located just above the rink in the Channel Gardens.
