How long is Haus of Thrones open?
We have pushed back our opening date from 7.2.2021 to 7.23.2021 until 8.28.2021 if there is an extension we will update you!
What are your customer service hours?
We are available via email, phone and social media daily from 10am-11pm. Please note we receive an extremely high volume of emails, dm’s and calls. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response time for all questions.
Do I need a ticket to come to Haus of Thrones and what does my ticket include?
Yes, this is a ticketed event! We strongly suggest that you pre-purchase your ticket because this will be a sold out event! Once you purchase your ticket, simply bring your ID the day of your arrival and show confirmation of purchase via phone/printed copy (whichever you prefer). Your ticket includes:
- Entry to the Haus of Thrones and access to several Game of Thrones inspired photo-ops! (King’s Landing, Winterfell, the infamous Wall of the Nights watch, and so much more! (trust us!)
- Unlimited photobooth pics!
- Build the mini iron throne contest daily (prizes for best throne!)
- Game day/night every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday!
- Game of Thrones inspired trivia (every Wednesday only)
- Game of Thrones most iconic episode viewing! (every Thursday only from opening until 11:00pm)
- Game of Thrones inspired cosplay contest (every Friday and Saturday only)
- Club Haus of Thrones every Thursday-Sunday from 11:30pm-2am! (bottle service is available see activities tab for more info.
**Food/ beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) are not included in your ticketing price. It is available for purchase a la carte*
Help! I purchased the wrong time slot for the event and I need to change it, what do I do?
We completely understand these things happen! Contact Universe or email them via email@example.com with the ticket purchasers name, date of your event, and the current time slot you have and the one you’re wanting to switch it to! Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your ticket time slot to be transferred!
I won’t be able to make it to the event! Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! Simply follow the directions below:
- Login to your Universe account and go to your tickets page. If you have purchased your tickets as a guest, you will need to create a new account before you move forward!
- Find the ticket that you’re wanting to transfer and select the “more” besides the “view ticket” button and select the “transfer ticket” option from the drop-down menu.
- On the next screen enter the updated first name, last name, and email address in full of the person you’re transferring your ticket to and click “transfer”.
- Once “transfer” has been selected an updated email will be sent to the new ticket holder with their confirmation and their ticket.
Please note: Once the ticket has been transferred, you will no longer have access to that ticket from your account and the original QR code will no longer be valid! In the event the ticket has not been claimed and or your transfer is declined you will still have access to the ticket, and it will not be fully transferred until the new party has accepted the ticket transfer.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Similar to a sporting event or concert all sales are final. If you’re unable to make the date of your choice, we highly recommend that you transfer the ticket to another individual or change to a different date and time.
What about Covid-19?
Even with the state re-opening to 100 percent, your health and safety is still our number one priority and that’s why you will be able to enjoy this event with our continued safety measures.
Here’s what you can expect at the Haus of Thrones!
Masks are encouraged for our staff’s safety and other customers.
Wellness check: Upon entry your temperature will be taken, temperatures must be below 100.4. If your temperature is higher you will not be allowed in the bar/restaurant. We will happily reschedule your timeslot for another day that works for you!
Hand sanitizing stations & wipes: will be placed throughout the entire space for your convenience.
What safety precautions are you taking to ensure that we have a clean environment?
Your safety/health is our number one priority! We have a cleaning staff on duty that will be cleaning the bar in between time slots and during your experience!
Is there parking?
Parking is limited. There are parking garages around the area however we strongly recommend that you Uber/Lyft in order to avoid searching for a parking space! Street parking will be available as a first come first serve basis.
What’s on your food & drink menu?
We have a food trolley that will be located on the patio of the bar that will have a few items available for your purchase. Drinks are also served all day during all time slots.

I don’t drink. Do I still need a ticket?
Yes! This is an unforgettable immersive experience. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase!
Do I need to arrive on-time?
Nope! You can arrive anytime during your time slot! However, time slots are limited to 2 hours and in order to get a full experience we highly recommend that you arrive early. Once your time slot ends you will have to leave as well to prepare for the next group. Please note: bar seating is on first come first serve basis inside the bar. If you have a party of 5 or more people, we strongly suggest that you reserve a table (table quantities are limited per time slot).
I’m coming with my friends! Can we buy our tickets together?
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets individually for the same time slot in order to ensure you have your ticket available upon entry.
Can I schedule group seating?
Yes! After you purchase your tickets. You can purchase your table reservation purchase via Universe! After purchase email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to reserve seating for 5 or more people. Reservation fee is $25 and must be purchased separately from your general entry tickets.
Please note: If you purchase a reservation ticket and you do not purchase general entry tickets you will not be allowed access or a refund. Ten people will be the maximum per party! In order to be seated for your time slot everyone in your party must be together at the time of arrival. Please be sure that you reserve seating 24 hours in advance. You will not be allowed to reserve seating when you arrive. All other seating is first come, first served.
Can I bring my kid? This event looks cool!
No. This event is a 21 and up experience only. (if you’re almost 21 or a huge Game of Thrones lover and you’re under 21 you will not be allowed access there will be zero exceptions made).
Please note: if you purchase a timeslot for anyone under 21 after 6pm when you arrive you will not be allowed in and will be required to transfer your timeslot to a kid friendly timeframe.
Do you offer group discounts?
At this time, no, we do not!
What is the dress code?
Casual dress and your best “Game of Thrones” costumes is encouraged.
Do you host private events and corporate parties?
Yes! Please contact email@example.com for your inquiries. Please allow 24-36 hours for a response time to set up a call for more information.

I have a wheelchair can I still enjoy the experience?!
Unfortunately, we are a two-floor experience and we do not have an elevator that will enable wheelchair accessibility at the moment. You are more than welcome to enjoy the first floor that we have available!
I did not get my ticket confirmation(s)! What do I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your tickets re-issued. If you are in line and do not have your tickets, please give the purchasers first and last name to the host, and they will get you looked up on the system.
I have a birthday coming! How can I get in on the celebration?!
It’s easy! We do offer a package for any special occasions. Please see the activities/packages tab with more info on packages before booking.
Once decided your package must be purchased as an add on via universe! Once this has been purchased please email email@example.com with purchase confirmation and name of the birthday honoree and the flavor of your birthday cake! You may not purchase cakes the same day of your event this must be purchased 24 hours in advance to your event date! (no exceptions will be made).
What time does your food trolley close?
Our food trolley closes 30 minutes before the ending of the each time session.
What type of music is played during the event?
We will be playing a mix of top 40’s, Game of Thrones inspired music and more!
Please note: this is a bar and you’re here to have fun and create memories! The music will be loud! In the event if you’re not a fan of loud music we encourage you to look into reserving a private party option for your convenience.
The nighttime shenanigans are for the 21 and up crew only. If you are almost 21 or younger you’ll have to attend during the kid friendly hours (no exceptions at all).
I purchased my ticket without reading the FAQ’s first and I’m under 21 what do I do?
We understand exciting things like this might make you forget the little details. However we will not be issuing a refund and you’ll be provided with a guaranteed ticket to an upcoming event that is open to the 21 and older crowd. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive a unique code to use for the next event!

I found out myself or someone in my party tested positive for covid right before my event date?! Can I get a refund?
If this happens (which we hope not) we are wishing a speedy recovery for you or whoever is in your party! However we do not issue refunds. You will be issued a unique code for future events to use! (please note: you will only have a unique code issued for each ticket and it will not be able to be reused after the first use) still have questions?
I purchased tickets to the original opening dates and I just found out it was rescheduled what do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience as we are behind schedule with completing the buildout experience! We have sent emails with details on rescheduling your timeslot or a refund option please check the purchasers email and read in full for updated details and more.
