On May 12th 2021 we released an update that disables certain graphs and figures in user's Account, Listing, and Timeslot level dashboards for accounts with over 10,000 ticket sales. Sales numbers and revenue are still available via account and event level reports. For more information on how to download your reports, please see here: Download your reports
This is a temporary change to reduce load times for users when managing events with a high number of sales. We intend to have full functionality restored for all users as soon as possible. We will update this post with future changes regarding these features.
Account Level Dashboards
For users who have sold more than 10,000 tickets across all their events the account level dashboard will show zero for Revenue and Tickets sold.
Listing Level Dashboards
For event listings that have sold more than 10,000 tickets, the dashboard in your event manager will display as permanently loading, and the sales summary will show $0 for all rows. Event Listings with less than 10,000 ticket sales will display as normal, even if the host account has over 10,000 total ticket sales.
