DO I NEED A TICKET TO COME TO THE RUSTY KRAB AND WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?!
YES! This is a ticketed event! We strongly suggest that you pre-purchase your ticket due to there being a limited capacity amount for your comfort & safety! Once you purchase your ticket, simply bring your ID the day of your arrival and show confirmation of purchase via PHONE/PRINTED copy (whichever you prefer).

HELP! I PURCHASED THE WRONG TIME SLOT FOR THE EVENT AND I NEED TO CHANGE IT, WHAT DO I DO?
We completely understand these things happen! Simply contact Universe Support with the ticket purchasers name, date of your event, and the current time slot you have and the one you’re wanting to switch it to! Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your ticket time slot to be transferred!
I WON’T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE EVENT! CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
YES! Simply follow the directions below:
- Login to your Universe account and go to your TICKETS page. If you have purchased your tickets as a guest, you will need to create a new account before you move forward!
- Find the ticket that you’re wanting to transfer and select the “MORE” besides the “VIEW TICKET” button and select the “TRANSFER TICKET”
option from the drop-down menu
- On the next screen enter the updated first name, last name, and email address in full of the person you’re transferring your ticket to and click “TRANSFER”
- Once “TRANSFER” has been selected an updated email will be sent to the new ticket holder with their confirmation and their ticket.
Once the ticket has been transferred you will no longer have access to that ticket from your account and the original QR code will no longer be valid! In the event if the ticket has not been claimed and or your transfer is declined you will still have access to the ticket, and it will not be fully transferred until the new party has accepted the ticket transfer.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No. Similar to a sporting event or concert ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you’re unable to make the date of your choice, we highly recommend that you transfer the ticket to another individual or change to a different date and time.
WHAT ABOUT COVID-19?
Even with the State re-opening to 100 percent. Your health and safety is still our number one priority and that’s why you will be able to enjoy this event with our continued safety measures.
Here’s what you can expect at the RUSTY KRAB EXPERIENCE!
- MASKS ARE REQUIRED for entry and while walking through the entire experience and to the restrooms, except when taking pictures!
- WELLNESS CHECK:Upon entry your temperature will be taken, temperatures must be below 100.4. If your temperature is higher you will
not be allowed in the bar/restaurant. We will happily reschedule your timeslot for another day that works for you!
- REDUCED CAPACITY: We will be operating at 70% capacity!
- HAND SANITIZING STATIONS & WIPES: Will be placed throughout the entire space for your convenience.
- NIGHTLY STEAM AND STERILIZATION
- DAILY CLEANING
- SOCIAL DISTANCE DECALS THROUGHOUT THE SPACE
- SNEEZE GUARDS THROUGHOUT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR.
WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING TO ENSURE THAT WE HAVE A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT?
Your safety/health is our NUMBER ONE priority! We have a cleaning staff on duty that will be cleaning the bar in between time slots and during your F U N experience and we will have disposable masks on hand for you to use if you choose if you forgot yours at home!
IS THERE PARKING?
Parking is LIMITED. There are parking garages around the area however we highly recommend that you UBER/LYFT in order to avoid searching for a parking space! Street parking will be available as a first come first serve basis.

We have a full kitchen that you can order from. Drinks are also served all day during all time slots. Food Allergy warning: Please be advised that Food prepared here may contain the following ingredients: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Nuts, Tree Nuts, Fish and Shellfish. You can view the menu here
I DON’T DRINK. DO I STILL NEED A TICKET?
YES! This is an unforgettable immersive experience. We will also have NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages available for purchase!
DO I NEED TO ARRIVE ON-TIME?
Nope! You can arrive anytime during your time slot! However, time slots are limited to 2 hours and in order to get a full experience we highly
recommend that you arrive early. Once your time slot ends you will have to leave as well to prepare for the next group.
Restaurant seating is on first come first serve basis inside the bar. There is patio seating available on our balcony! If you have a party of 5 or more people, we STRONGLY SUGGEST that you reserve a table. (TABLE QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED PER TIME SLOT)
I’M COMING WITH MY FRIENDS! CAN WE BUY OUR TICKETS TOGETHER?
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets individually for the same time slot in order to ensure you have your ticket available upon entry.
CAN I SCHEDULE GROUP SEATING?
Yes! After you purchase your tickets. You can purchase your table reservation purchase via universe! After purchased email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to reserve seating for 5 or more people. Reservation fee is $25 and must be purchased separately from your general entry tickets. EIGHT people will be the MAXIMUM per party for your safety! In order to be seated for your time slot everyone in your party must be together at the time of arrival. Please be sure that you reserve seating 24 hours in advance. You will not be allowed to reserve seating when you arrive. All other seating is first come, first served.
CAN I BRING MY KID? THIS EVENT LOOKS COOL!
OH Yeah It is! Kids of ALL AGES are allowed until 6pm daily! Kids 5-15 are eligible for tickets! Please note: If you want your child to participate in activities such as painting with a twist? You must purchase a ticket for them to participate!
If you purchase a timeslot for anyone under 21 AFTER 6pm when you arrive you will not be allowed in and will be required to transfer your timeslot to a kid friendly timeframe.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
At this time, no, we do not!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Casual dress and your best “SPONGEBOB INSPIRED” or “Bottom of Bikini” costumers is encouraged.

I HAVE A WHEELCHAIR/STROLLER CAN I STILL ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE?!
Unfortunately, we are a two-floor experience and we do NOT have an elevator that will enable wheelchair/stroller accessibility at the moment. You are more than welcome to enjoy the first floor that we have available!
I DID NOT GET MY TICKET CONFIRMATION(s)! WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact Universe Support to get your tickets re-issued. If you are in line and do not have your tickets, please give the purchasers first and last name to the host, and they will get you looked up on the system.
I HAVE A BIRTHDAY COMING! HOW CAN I GET IN ON THE CELEBRATION?!
It’s Easy! We do offer a package for any special occasions. Please see the activities/packages tab with more info on packages. Once decided your package MUST BE PURCHASED AS AN ADD ON VIA UNIVERSE! Once this has been purchased please email firstname.lastname@example.org with purchase confirmation and name of the birthday/engagement honoree and the flavor of your she said yes cake/ birthday cake! You may not purchase cakes the same day of your event this must be purchased 24 hours in advance to your event date! (no exceptions will be made)
WE HAD A GREAT TIME, BUT I REALIZED MY BILL HAD AN UPCHARGE. HOW DO I PROCEED?
We include a 18% service charge for groups of 5 or more. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo of your receipt if you have further discrepancies.
WHAT TIME DOES YOUR KITCHEN CLOSE?
Our kitchen closes an hour before the ending of the last session.
WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC IS PLAYED DURING THE EVENT?
We will be playing a mix of Top 40’s, spongebob inspired tunes and more! Family friendly music will be played during kid friendly hours.
AFTER 6PM HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND?
The nighttime shenanigans are for the 21 and up crew only. If you are almost 21 or younger you’ll have to attend during the Kid friendly hours. (NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL)
I PURCHASED MY TICKET FOR MY KID AND MYSELF AFTER 6PM WHAT DO I DO?!
We understand exciting things like this might make you forget the little details. You’ll have to have your ticket transferred to a kid friendly timeslot. Simply contact Universe Support with the ticket purchasers name, date of your event, and the current time slot you have and the one you’re wanting to change to.
If you arrive after 6pm you will be turned around and be required to transfer your tickets (Such a Bummer right?) However no exceptions will be made.
