How many people can watch the stream, is there a chance I’ll miss out, if I don’t buy early?

No, there is no maximum capacity as to how many people can watch the stream.

When will I receive details of how to view the livestream?

You will receive your unique code after purchasing tickets. Please check your inbox for an email from noreply@mailings.universe.com, which contains your code for redemption.

How do I view the livestream?

Standard Tickets:

Step 1: Open the link for the specific stream that you've booked (a list is provided below) and click on the button 'LIVE STREAM TICKET'
Step 2: Create an account or log into your account
Step 3: Purchase the event and choose “I HAVE A PROMO CODE” as payment method. Then copy the code and click on APPLY NOW
Step 4: Click on PAY NOW and your order will be completed. You should automatically be redirected to the countdown to the concert

VIP Tickets:

I’m not from the U.K can I still watch the livestream?

Yes, there are 4 livestreams to choose from:

If I reside in Europe can I watch livestream #2, #3, or #4?

Yes, you can watch any of the livestream regardless of the timezone, but please note you can only watch it at the time the stream takes place in the respective region.

When do tickets go on general sale?

Tickets go on sale at:

8am Friday 30th October 2020 for Stream #1
8am L (UTC-11) for Stream  #2,
8am EDT for Stream #3
8am AEDT for Stream #4

Can I fast forward or rewind the video?

Yes, you will be able to rewind the video if you join late. After the initial livestream period, you will be able to fast forward and rewind through the video.

What if I am late?

You will be able to rewind to the beginning to view the performance in full.

Is replay available?

Yes, replay will be available for 24 hours.

What is a Virtual Event Livestream Ticket Code?

Your virtual event ticket code is like your ticket to the show. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and are good for one-time use only on the event landing page.

I purchased a Virtual Event Livestream ticket but am no longer available for the event. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately this event is non-refundable.

Can I Record The Event?

Audio or video recording on your own device is strictly prohibited. Knowledge of such actions, including posting a video of the stream, can hurt your chances of being able to view or access virtual events in the future. 

I bought merchandise, when will it be shipped?

Merchandise items included in this event’s bundles will be shipped out post event by the artists label. Your items will be shipped to the address you entered during checkout. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks from the end of the event for delivery.

Please note, Universe is the ticketing platform the organizers of this event are using to manage their registrations, however we are not involved with the shipping of merchandise for this event.
