Cardholder presales allow you to restrict your sales to certain card types, allowing buyers with those credit cards to purchase tickets to your event before the general public.

To enable instant cardholder presales for your listing:
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page and select the event you would like to manage.
2. From your 'Event Manager', select the 'Payment & Fees' option from the menu down the left side of your screen. Then select 'Payment Methods'.
3. Scroll down to 'Cardholder presales' and filter between credit card or BIN/IIN, depending on which presale, payment types, you are offering.
For credit card, you can select which one(s) you would like to turn on. To activate, click the toggle icon. You will know it is "on" when it turns blue.
For BIN/IIN, set a start and end time for your presales and enter the acceptable BIN/IIN numbers to specific cards for your presale. You will also be required to include a 'customize banner message' for your buyers, letting them know what cards are accepted during your presale.
4. Remember to 'save' when you are finished.
