When a buyer books a ticket to your event, by default, the date and time of the event (as set in the 'Date & Time' section on the event creation form) will show on their ticket, in the confirmation email, and in emails about your event (i.e. reminder emails).
Tip: This is recommended if you are hosting an event with multiple sessions at different times for the same event. For example, we recommend hiding the date/time if you are hosting a multi-day conference and attendees are registering for specific sessions on different days and times for the same conference.
Note: This option is only available if you have one date on your event page. If you have multiple dates added, this feature is not available. If you have multiple dates added to your listings, buyers will select which date they would like to attend at checkout.
To hide the date & time on your event page
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page, and select the event you would like to manage.
2. From your 'Event Manager', select the 'Basic Information' tab from the menu down the left side of your screen.
3. Scroll down to the 'When and where if your event?' section and toggle on the option to 'Hide the date and time from showing on tickets'.
Warning: If de-selected, information regarding the date and time of your event should be clearly communicated for each ticket type on your event page.
5. Save your changes.
