Ticket type descriptions provide additional clarification on the details of a specific ticket type for your event. This information will show on your event page, at checkout, and on tickets.
To add a description to a ticket type:
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page, and select the event you would like to manage.
2. From your 'Event Manager', select the 'Basic Information' option from the menu down the left side of your screen.
3. Scroll down to the ‘what tickets will you offer?’ section and then select the gear icon beside the ticket type you would like to add a description to, this will reveal additional fields.
4. Under the 'Description' field, enter any information about the ticket type you would like your guests to know.

5. Select the 'Save' button towards the top left of your screen.
