Can I purchase tickets from other vendors?
All Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic tickets must be purchased from https://www.veuveclicquot.com/en-us/poloclassicveuveclicquot.html , through the Universe platform. We do not honor or recommend purchasing tickets from third-party vendors. Tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.

You can can purchase one of five ticket types: PICNIC LAWN, PICNIC LAWN SOLAIRE PACKAGE (4 GUESTS), PICNIC LAWN SOLAIRE PACKAGE (10 GUESTS), GARDEN PARTY, GARDEN PARTY SUN DECK

The Picnic Lawn ticket is $275 PER PERSON and includes:
• General admission event entry
• One (1) 375ml half bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label

• One (1) Veuve Clicquot champagne goblet souvenirs
• First-come, first-serve open lawn seating
• Access to picnic lawn event area, including photo moments, champagne bars, retail boutique experience, and dining offerings curated by Smorgasburg
What is included in the Picnic Lawn Solaire Package for 4 guests?
The Picnic Lawn Solaire Package for 4 guests is $1,500 PER PACKAGE, ($375 pp) and includes:
• Four (4) General admission event entries

• Four (4) glasses of Veuve Clicquot RICH
• Four (4) Veuve Clicquot champagne goblet souvenirs

The Garden Party Sundeck ticket is $8,750 PER PACKAGE, FOR 10 GUESTS ($875 pp) and includes:

Can I upgrade my ticket?

What happens if I lose my ticket?
Please check your email. You should have received an email from Universe with your ticket included right after purchasing.
If you still cannot locate your ticket, log in to your Universe account and select 'My Tickets'.
Can I cancel my ticket? Will I get refunded?
Tickets are non-refundable.
What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, will I be refunded?
The event is planned to take place rain or shine. However, if the event is cancelled for an unforeseen reason we will communicate about rescheduled dates and refunds at that time.
Getting there
For your safety and the safety of others, do not drink and drive. The only way for guests to arrive to and depart from this event is to take a ride share service or car service to and from the check-in location at The Barker Hangar. As a guest, the only way to arrive to and depart from this event is to take ride share or car service to and from the check-in locations.
All Uber requests and drop-offs must take place at Barker Hangar 3021 Airport Ave Suite 203 Santa Monica, CA 90405 ; not at the park.
Drop-offs at the Will Rogers State Historic Park will not be permitted, and guests will be turned away. Roads leading to the park will be closed before and during the event.
Shuttles will run throughout the day to transport guests to-and-from event. Check in opens at 10am and closes at 2PM.
Last shuttle departs from park grounds back to parking lot at 6PM.
If you have a designated driver who is not drinking and needs parking, there are a very limited self-parking available on a first-come, first-served basis at the check-in locations. Parking will be charged at $100 per car.
Accessibility
Will there be ADA entry access?
Should you need assistance, please notify staff at Barker Hangar for check-in support to receive appropriate credentials. Shuttles to the event will be provided for guests from check-in at Barker Hangar to the Polo fields. There will be ADA-compliant shuttles for our guests in need.
Please note, the event grounds span several acres within Will Rogers State Historic Park, and you may be more comfortable with a personal mobility assistance device. Should you require further assistance, please check in at the info desk located at the event entrance. For additional disability accommodations not mentioned above, please contact vcpoloclassic@laforce.nyc in advance of the event or visit the Info Desk onsite and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.

What food will be available for purchase at the event?
The dining offerings are curated by Smorgasburg. Vegetarian options will be available at the event.
Can I bring my own drinks and food?
Pre-packaged food & whole fruits are permitted, however all food is subject to search. Many food trucks will be on-site.
Miscellaneous
What do I wear?
The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic is an opportunity to be part of an unique experience, with style and glamour under the sun. Linen suits and sundresses are great for the event, but we encourage you to wear something that makes you feel sunny and joyful. The event is on grass, we recommend wearing platforms, wedges, or shoes comfortable for divot stomping. Weather varies and the event is rain or shine, high temperatures have been common throughout the day. Sunscreen and hats are a must!
Will there be first aid?
A first aid unit will be available on-site.
Will there be lost & found?
All lost and found inquiries can be addressed at the information tent on-site.
Will there be security?
Security will be stationed throughout the event grounds and at each bar in the event of any safety concerns.
What should I bring?
Along with a valid photo ID and your ticket, we recommend bringing hats, picnic blankets, sunscreen & umbrellas to #VCPoloClassic
Will Veuve Clicquot merchandise be available for purchase?
Fan-favorite Veuve Clicquot merchandise will be available for purchase at pop-up shops throughout the event space.
