Is the grand electric accessible?
Currently The Grand Electric is not fully accessible. The theatre has level access from the
street through to the Ringside, Premium and General Admission seating. However, due to
the age of the building and its location in a heritage conservation area there are currently
no accessible or ambulant toilet facilities on site. If you or anyone in your party have
access requirements, please get in touch with the venue by emailing
grandelectric@strutnfret.com so that we can provide advice particular to your needs. We
are exploring ways to upgrade the facilities in the future.
Is there a dress code?
Please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel Grand! No dress code is enforced
Is there a cloakroom?
No
What time does the Theatre open?
The Grand Electric bar is open for drinks from 60 minutes before the show.
Is there parking?
There is limited street parking available. The nearest streets with street parking are Pitt
Street (2 hour parking until 10pm every day) and George Street (unlimited after 5pm and on
weekends). There are disabled parking bays at 103-109 George Street and 10 Pitt Street.
The nearest parking garage is Wilson Parking – 55 Holt St Surry Hills, which is an 10 minute
walk.

Seating
Seats are not numbered or otherwise allocated within the sections. This makes it possible
to book separately and sit together, as long as you book the same section and arrive
together with enough time before your show. We recommend all guests to arrive at least 30
minutes before their show time.

What dates is LIMBO - The Return in Sydney?
From 22 May, 2024 - August 2024
Is the show suitable for all ages?
LIMBO – The Return is rated M, recommended for ages 15+.
So can I bring my x-year-old?
The age recommendation is a recommendation only, parents and guardians can use their
discretion. This performance contains strobe lighting, theatrical haze, on stage fire, on-
audience feathers and mild adult themes. The show is extremely loud and unsuitable for
babes in arms.

Companion Cards
The Grand Electric supports the Companion Card program. Complimentary tickets are
available for the companion/carer of a patron who holds a companion card and a valid

companion ticket.
Can I change the date of my tickets?
Yes. Tickets can be exchanged up to 48hrs before the time on your ticket. View more

Can I return or refund my tickets?
As per the Terms & Conditions at point of sale, all tickets are non-refundable unless
required by law (eg. if a performance is cancelled).
What is a Preview performance?
Previews are performances that precede the official opening. The purpose of previews is to
run the performance in front of an audience to identify any problems before theatre critics
are allowed to review the show. At The Grand Electric, all seating is non-allocated and
General Admission price for preview performances.

Can I make a group booking?
You can purchase up to 20 tickets per transaction for Premium and General Admission
sections. Tickets are not allocated in these sections so you can book separately and sit
together. If the number or type of ticket you would like to purchase is greater than what is
available online, please email ticketing@strutnfret.com so we can assist.
