The event is open daily with the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 11 pm - 6 pm
Friday: 11 am - 8 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10 am – 8 pm
Last admission is one hour before closing.

How much are tickets?
Ticket prices may vary from $35-$59. You can purchase them online or at the ticket office if available during your visit.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket transfers to other individuals are not allowed.
Can I buy my ticket at the door?
You can purchase tickets at the door if they are available at the time of your visit.

We have our own parking lot located before the entrance to the venue. The daily rate is $10 per day plus tax.

What are your health & safety guidelines?
Visitors are advised that some installations may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy, balance disorders, or sensory sensitivities due to strobe lights, images, and sounds. Special assistance is available if needed.
Is this event ADA accessible?
Yes, the Balloon Museum is accessible to people with disabilities or mobility disabilities. There are facilities in place, and admission is free for those with severe disabilities.
