Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular is a walk-thru event with over 2 million lights, immersive sculptures, a 13,000 square foot ice trail, a 4-Lane Ice Slide and much more.

How much are tickets?
Ticket prices depend on when you purchase and what day. Kids tickets start at $15.99 and Adult tickets start at $19.99.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and are not refundable, except in the event that the event is cancelled with no alternate make up dates provided.
Can I move my tickets to another date?
Please repurchase a ticket for the correct date/time. Once you have bought the correct date, please reach out to support with this form and support would be more than happy to refund your original ticket for you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Can I buy my ticket at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door. However, we highly encourage buyers to purchase tickets in advance, as many time slots do sell out.
Parking & Transportation
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is located in the Novacare Lot off of Pattison Avenue. Parking is $12.

Health & Safety
Is this event ADA accessible?
Yes, part of the event is on grass but Tinseltown offers flooring on the great lawn to ensure ease for those in a wheelchair.
