This exhibition takes the visitor on a journey through time and educate them on the history, the values and the future about the club. This Barça multi – sensorial experience allow visitors to understand the philosophy and concepts through the senses which evoke emotion and imagination. ´Feel our passion´ is the main goal of this unique and original experience.

Can I move my tickets to another date or time?
Time & date changes are permitted up to 24 hours in advance, so long as availability allows. You can change the date and/or time of your order on the My Tickets page in your Universe account by following the steps HERE. If you require any assistance, please submit a request via the Support Form or email support@universe.com.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
If you cannot make it or want to give your ticket(s) to someone else, you can edit the name(s) on your ticket(s) via the “My Tickets” page in your Universe account.
Can I buy my ticket at the door?
Yes, but we encourage patrons to purchase tickets online ahead of time as timeslots are expected to sell out.

How can I arrive via public transportation?
The drop off and pickup location for Miami-Dade & Broward busses is located in the lower level Nordstrom garage.This covered location includes restrooms and other amenities for bus riders.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes, accessibility to the venue is ADA compliant. The exhibition is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We are happy to help with more information and special accommodations. Since every situation is unique, contact us in advance.
Are pets permitted in the venue?
Only service animals are permitted.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
To mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19, the exhibition reserves the right to implement health restrictions in line with Government Guidelines, warnings or guidance at any time and communicate these to visitors on the Exhibition website and in person at the Exhibition location. Visitors experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, or who have recently been in contact with a person experiencing symptoms, are asked not to enter the Exhibition.
Currently, there are no vaccination or mask requirements for guests. Please keep in mind that these requirements are subject to change as the situation continues to evolve. For this reason, we recommend you check back for any updates before arriving at our shop.
I am unwell and unable to attend - can I move my ticket to another date or obtain a refund?
You can update the name(s) on your tickets so someone can attend in your absence. To do so, visit the “My Tickets” page in your Universe account. If you have any questions or require assistance, please submit a request in the Support Form.
